100% On-Device Processing

All local inference, chat histories, meeting transcriptions, and indexed source files are stored and computed strictly on your Mac silicon hardware without leaving the device.

Zero Model Training on User Data

DENOJU never uses your prompts, source code, documents, or generation results to train AI models.

Zero-Trust Agent Sandboxing

External agents and tool loops execute within strictly governed, user-approved sandbox boundaries.

1. Information We Collect & Purpose

The DENOJU macOS desktop application runs fully offline and locally. It does not transmit prompt contents, source code, or private artifacts to our servers. When interacting with our web domain (denoju.com) or cloud account services, we only collect: • Account Credentials (email, session tokens) for licensing and account synchronization. • Inquiries & Lead Forms (name, company, email, project requirements) to fulfill contact requests. • Non-identifying technical telemetry to protect service integrity. • Download analytics: the release request may record UTM attribution, referrer host, country, coarse device/OS/browser/language/architecture, and release metadata. We do not store IP addresses, raw User-Agent strings, cookies, or file contents, and delete these events after 90 days. A request is not proof of a successful install. • Connected device inventory after sign-in: the Mac app may sync OS, app version, processor, memory, storage, and last-seen time to the account. • Signup attribution: UTM values on the signup URL are copied once to the profile as an immutable acquisition fact.

2. Data Retention & Sovereignty

• Desktop Application Data: Resides entirely in your local system directories. You retain absolute ownership and can delete or export it at any time. • Web Infrastructure: Safeguarded with strict TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is never shared with third-party advertising networks.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website utilizes minimal essential cookies strictly for session handling and security. No third-party ad trackers are loaded.
