These Terms of Service govern your use of the DENOJU desktop application and related services. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DENOJU, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.

2. License Grant & Scope

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DENOJU software on supported Apple Silicon Mac hardware in accordance with your designated plan (Free, Pro, Team).

3. Intellectual Property & Artifact Ownership

• All intellectual property rights in the DENOJU software remain with DENOJU. • You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and commercial rights over any output, code, artifacts, documents, or data generated using the software locally.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the software for any unlawful purpose, violate intellectual property rights, or reverse engineer proprietary binary components outside of permitted open-source boundaries.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The software and AI model outputs are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of local AI generations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan.
